Mr Constantino Cesar (4th Dan) is in charge of Public Relations for the UTA which includes management of the UTA Website.

Constantino (or also Tino!) is Chief Instructor of Milton Keynes UTA Taekwondo Academy based in Milton Keynes.

Tino graded for his 4th Dan under Master T.W Shin, Master Bailey and Master Johnson in Scotland in 2007.
