Mrs Angie Bailey (3rd Dan) is Registrar for the UTA and is responsible for all licence and insurance applications for its members.

Angie is based in Falkirk, Scotland where she is an Instructor at Central Taekwondo Academy.

Angie graded and achieved her 3rd Dan under Master T.W. Shin (8th Dan) and Grand Master Kim Soon Bae (9th Dan) in Seoul, South Korea in 2007.
