Master David Bailey (7th Dan) is one of the highest graded instructors in the country and Secretary of the UTA.

Master Bailey graded and sucessfully achieved his 7th Dan under Master T.W. Shin (8th Dan) and Grand Master Kim Soon Bae (9th Dan) in Seoul, South Korea in 2007.

Master Bailey is based in Falkirk, Scotland where he is Chief Instructor of Central Taekwondo Academy, one of the largest Taekwondo schools in the country. Master Bailey has trained under Master T.W Shin and been involved in Taekwondo for more than 30 years. He has a very successful Taekwondo competition record and previously been a leading member of the Great Britain Taekwondo Team where he represented the country on numerous occasions including 3 World Championships, 1 World Games and 2 European Championships.
